I have dedicated my practice to helping the people of Ohio work toward the future they want. For some, this is a simple matter of securing a well-rounded estate plan. For others, their concern has to do with moving past an emotionally difficult time, such as the loss of a loved one or the ending of a marriage. I treat each of these situations with respect and understanding, whether the client in question lives in Hamilton County, Butler County, or Warren County.
Practical, healthy resolutions are central to my philosophy. Rather than allowing my clients’ situations to escalate, I seek to diffuse emotionally charged situations and protect them from unnecessary stress and expense.
I have been practicing in the Cincinnati area since 1989. As a result, I have a very in-depth knowledge of Ohio’s laws and statutes, a strong sense for what direction a case is likely to take, and a clear idea of which way the local judges and magistrates tend to lean.
Rather than keeping this knowledge to myself, I share it with my clients up front, then consistently update them as their case unfolds. I don’t withhold any information or sugarcoat the truth. I simply explain what’s happening now and what I believe will happen next. That way, they always know what to expect and can prepare accordingly.
I know how overwhelming legal matters can be. Whether or not you choose to work with me, I will treat your situation with respect and understanding.
I am extremely knowledgeable about Ohio’s laws and statutes, and I'm always happy to explain them in layman’s terms. So if you have questions, feel free to ask.
No matter the details of your case, I will make sure you know exactly what’s happening and how I would proceed if I were in your shoes.
